English Bay has a variety of production and packaging lines for dry blends; chocolate products and bars including:                           Imperial moulding lines; Nielsen enrobing lines; Tanis T-bar lines, and robotic Bosch (Syntegon) packaging lines.  All our systems include strict quality checks for weight; size; and metal detection.

Bar Run sizes:

75,000 bars per run.

Minimum 25,000 bars/flavor.

3-4 times/year.

English Bay’s top priority is to meet the standards expected by our Customers and to fulfill our mission to provide the highest quality products.

Our highly trained staff implement policies and procedures set forth by CFIA legislation and food industry standards 

Quality Checks: In-house consistency tests – brix, pH, viscosity, appearance and all other organoleptic tests for taste, sight, smell and texture.   

All raw ingredients are verified for quality. Finished blends are prepared according to package directions and tested for quality. All products pass through metal detection or x-ray.
